We asked our readers to share the five fail-safe things that are always in their fridge.

After months of symptoms you really don't want to hear about I was diagnosed with a bowel disease and prescribed enough pills to make me rattle.

What, me? A former chef and cafe manager, and lifelong self-confessed foodie, with digestive problems?

Suddenly the world was a very cruel place.

After a lot of research I decided to take things into my own hands as was not happy to take medication for the rest of my life.

So gluten-free, "clean food" is the new order of the day.

In my fridge you will always find Biofarm Acidophilus Organic Yoghurt, Lewis Road Butter, GF Tamari Soy Sauce, GF Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce and plenty of FODMAP veges (easily digested veges - google FODMAP for more info).
