Stammy is an eight-month-old staffy-lab-cross boy pup. He lives in Perth with his Kiwi parents Nichola and Mitch Brydon. Soon Stammy will become a Kiwi dog when he moves back to Nelson in a few months.

In Perth, Stammy loves to chase after birds and cross-train with his mum and dad which includes walking, running and park sprints.

He is very much in charge of the household. When the real estate agent brought potential vendors around the other day he got inside, hid under the bed and wouldn't come out.

One day, when my husband had gone to work early, I woke up to Stammy tucked up in bed looking at me.

Stamford also likes to pull the washing off the line, chase the vacuum cleaner, attend hockey games, dig up the newly-laid grass, chew the outdoor chairs and chase after the neighbour's cat.

All in all, he is a lovely boy who just likes cuddling mum and dad whenever possible.
