RACHEL Hunter has been spotted cosying up to racing ace Eddie Irvine.
The Kiwi pin-up appears to have recovered from the heartbreak of being dumped by fiance Jarret Stoll.
Former Formula 1 star Irvine is the first guy the ex-supermodel has been linked to since her shock split with Stoll in June – just seven weeks before the pair were due to be wed.
Irvine, who has dated a string of models and famously had a fling with Pamela Anderson in 2006, appeared enchanted by the former Tip Top ice cream girl at a swanky New York event.
Witnesses revealed they were "giggling and flirting" at the after-party for Penelope Cruz's new film Broken Embraces, at Manhattan's Standard Hotel.
Reports claim 45-year-old Irvine teased the model, actress and clothing designer for being a "cougar" and chasing after toyboys.
And the mum-of-two, who turned 40 in September, is said to have retorted with the words: "I've got nothing on you!" – referring to the fact the playboy regularly dates younger women.
Prior to her engagement with hockey player Stoll, who was 13 years her junior, Hunter hooked up with 29-year-old Sean Avery and Robbie Williams, 35.
But the relationship she is most famous for is her marriage to wrinkly rocker Rod Stewart, 64, with whom she has two teenage kids, Renee and Liam.
The girl from Glenfield on Auckland's North Shore is currently putting her life experiences to good use in new US TV series Gravity.
She plays Shawna Rollins, a former life coach with a penchant for dating younger men.
Hunter, who has been an ambassador for slimming products, has signed on for 10 episodes.
The show is currently in production in New York and will be broadcast on American Pay TV provider Starz Media.
The blonde beauty, who was last in New Zealand in September to promote her Warehouse clothing line, has been in hot demand for acting roles recently.
She starred in the cooking mockumentary, Jordan Saffron – Taste This, and this year has filmed three movies, The Brazen Bull, My Life Untitled and Black Widow.
She has also been lined up to star alongside Burt Reynolds, Daryl Hannah and Stockard Channing in A Fonder Heart, which is based on a true story about 15-year-old Joey Boone, who finds himself in hospital with a 59-year-old self-made multi-millionaire developer.
