A 55-year-old female suffered chest and wrist injuries when a horse bolted on her in Egmont Village yesteray.
St John operations manager Ian May said it had been a relatively quiet day Christmas for the service in the region.
A 69-year-old man suffered moderate injuries when he fell off a roof in Stratford and another person got a fork stuck in their foot, he said.
