An alert Normanby resident has helped police catch a trio of teenagers believed to be behind a string of petty vandalism around the township.
Sergeant Kim Severinsen said police were called to a Normanby property shortly after 2.30am, on December 23, after a witness heard strange noises coming from a nearby building.
