Taranaki Community Rescue Helicopter callouts for last week:
Monday 5.18pm, Searched for a missing yacht off the coast of Okato. The yacht and its one- man crew was found travelling safely towards New Plymouth. 11.04pm; flew a 9-year-old girl, suffering a hand injury, from Taranaki Base Hospital to Waikato Hospital.
Wednesday 5.18pm, Flew 73-year-old man suffering a cardiac arrest from Taranaki Base Hospital to Waikato Hospital.
Saturday Rescued an injured climber on Mt Taranaki. The 31-year-old man, who had shoulder injuries, was winched to safety and flown to Taranaki Base Hospital.
