New Plymouth District Council arborists have been kept busy cleaning up damaged trees after Tuesday's high winds.

Most of the damage, including broken limbs, trees splitting in half and some toppling over, was in New Plymouth.

However, in Waitara a branch from a notable norfolk pine damaged a house porch on Battiscombe Terrace.

Will Aaron Cruden's omission hurt or help the All Blacks?

Hurt - he needs as much game time as possible.

Help - finally Beauden Barrett will get a proper run.

Hmmm - no biggie, just a temporary hitch.

Who is Cruden? I support the All Whites.
