Police are seeking information about a car set alight in Waitara last Friday.
The blue Ford Mondeo station wagon was parked on the grass verge outside C&C Autos at the intersection of State Highway 3 and Raleigh St when it was extensively damaged by fire about 3am.
A dark coloured Subaru Impreza hatchback was seen in the vicinity and police are asking for sightings of the car or information about it to be reported to Detective Constable Chris Momney on 06 754 9208 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
