Come on, name your favourites

Taranaki folk are once again being asked by the Taranaki Daily News to tell us their favourites.

Favourite hairdresser, favourite doctor, favourite restaurant, favourite suburb and 14 others.

Last year Dr Peter Rich took out most favoured doc in town and favourite sportswoman went to Lisa Tamati. At this stage she is on track to win it again thanks to the excitement surrounding her current length-of-the-country run.

Suburban folk may wish to give their neighbourhood a nudge and push Fitzroy off the perch of favourite suburb it won last year just as the favourite takeaway will be closely watched. Last year it went to Blowfish Takeaways in Moturoa but research already undertaken by the Taranaki Daily News has found there is some tough competition for the spot this year.

Entry forms are in Monday's paper with all entries in the draw for a $200 dinner voucher.
