Princess dresses, tiered cakes and beautiful bouquets will be on offer at the Weddings with Heart charity function on Saturday.
The cocktail function is raising money for the Cameron Clow Trust, set up in the memory of the talented Taranaki sportsman and former Highlands Intermediate teacher who was killed by a speeding motorist in Bahrain last year.
Event organiser and wedding planner Sonya Cole says she wanted to support a charity that benefits Taranaki kids.
"It helps all sorts of people, whether it's giving a kid a pair of rugby boots or helping someone travel overseas."
She says Mr Clow's fiancee, Kate Morgan, has been on board since day one.
"It's a bit bittersweet for her really."
Numerous items will be raffled and auctioned, including photography packages, a wedding venue at Whitecliffs Estate and the dress valued $2500 from Churchwood Bridal.
Churchwood Bridal owner Jo-Anne Boys says she is keen to support the trust. "I think it's an awesome trust. It keeps kids interested in sports whether they're All Blacks or not."
Weddings with Heart will be held at the Pukekura Raceway at 7.30pm and door sales are available.
