Taranaki have been forced to make several late changes to their side for tonight's national championship rugby match against Tasman at Yarrow Stadium.
Samoa internationals George Pisi and Mahonri Schwalger have both failed late fitness tests and are ruled out.
Pisi, who was due to start at centre, has been replaced by Isaia Tuifua, while Schwalger, who was listed to come off the bench, has been replaced by prop Kevin Curtis.
Tonight's game was the last time the pair were available before they joined Samoa for the World Cup.
In-form halfback Tyson Keats has also been ruled out of the match and is replaced on the bench by Kylem O'Donnell.
Tuifua's place in the reserves has gone to former Southland player Willie Rickards.
The full squad is: Kurt Baker, Andre Taylor, Isaia Tuifua, Jayden Hayward, Jackson Ormond, Jack Cameron, Brett Goodin, Samuela Vunisa, Chris Walker, Ben Souness, James Broadhurst, Jason Eaton (captain), Michael Bent, Laurence Corlett, Carl Carmichael. Reserves, Timo Tutavaha, Willie Ioane, Craig Clarke, Scott Waldrom, Kylem O'Donnell, Willie Rickards, Waisake Naholo, Kevin Curtis.
