Harvey was stopped by police in Seaview Rd at 8.20pm on April 28 and found to have a breath alcohol level of 631 micrograms. The legal limit is 400mcg.

Judge Allan Roberts did not make an order to confiscate Harvey's car but warned him that the next time he was caught he was off to jail.
