Taranaki anniversary weekend is looking good for outdoor activities with more hot, dry weather forecast by Metservice.
"A large area of high pressure remains firmly in place across New Zealand which is set to bring another fine, dry and settled weekend across the North Island," MetService meteorologist John Law said.
Temperatures this weekend are forecast to reach highs of around the mid-20s until Monday.
The dry settled weather looks set to remain into next week.
