Moscow Ballet warm up with an audience
Moscow Ballet La Classique warmed up with an audience before performing Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker at the TSB Showplace in New Plymouth last night.
Young Taranaki ballerinas were invited to watch the foreign professionals prepare for the show and turned out en masse.
Moscow Ballet La Classique was founded 23 years ago by director Elik Melikov and is performing in New Zealand until the end of the month as part of their tour of Australasia.
The are performing The Nutcracker again in New Plymouth tonight.
