New Plymouth couple Helen and Huw Griffith spent Valentines Day morning with their lips locked.

The couple beat three other couples to win themselves $1000 travel vouchers at the More FM and House of Travel Kissin' to go Trippin' competition. The Griffiths were announced winners for their  time of one hour and 50 minutes.

The couple have been married for 20 years and said not a lot of practice was needed prior to the event. Runner-ups were New Plymouth couple Tae Luke-Hurley and Bryden Soper and they won themselves a $100 voucher.
