Alcohol was a feature in the majority of offending dealt with by Hawera Police over the weekend.

In the early hours of this morning, a 21-year-old male and a 19 year-old female were arrested for disorderly behaviour.  
On Sunday, a 23-year-old New Plymouth woman and a 21-year-old Hawera man were arrested for wilful damage and a 19-year-old Hawera woman for offensive behaviour.

A 21-year-old Okato male was also arrested for disorderly behaviour.

Other weekend arrests include two Hawera men on charges of unlawful interference with a motor vehicle and a 29-year-old Hawera man for domestic violence.

All will appear in the Hawera District Court tomorrow.
