Having had a wonderful day out on the ocean I was appalled by the sickly smell that lingered around your stunning harbour.
Having moved here recently, I did not know what the smell was but after asking some questions was told a ship was unloading, and palm kernel was been transported and stored in a large shed on the edge of the harbour. I wonder if this is an acceptable practice? How is this allowed to go on when all the people who live in the area have to put up with this?
I thought that businesses had to contain their pollution.
