Taranaki's Kane Barrett and Waisake Naholo will be with the Blues in Super Rugby next year.

The pair, along with Counties-Manukau first five-eighth and North Harbour halfback Bryn Hall have signed two year contracts with the Blues.

Loose forward Barrett returned to action for Taranaki in his side's 32-31 win over Northland in Whangarei on Saturday night, while winger Naholo limped off with a leg injury in the 43-32 loss to Auckland in Auckland last Wednesday.

Both Hall (20) and Naholo (21) have represented New Zealand in the U20s and Kerr (23) and Barrett (22) have played representative rugby at provincial level, with Barrett captaining NZ Secondary Schools in 2009.

Is Ma'a Nonu returning to the Hurricanes ...

A great move, he's still world class

Okay for one season, but no more

Depriving a more deserving player of a contract

Great for the All Blacks but of no use to Canes

Hmmm, I'll vote in 12 months' time
