Manawatu will challenge Bay of Plenty for the Hawke Cup on the weekend starting February 8 in Tauranga.
Manawatu earned the Central Districts zone two cricket challenge when topping the qualifying ladder with 41 points.
Heading the remaining five teams was Hawke's Bay (35), followed by Taranaki (25), Wairarapa (13), Wanganui (9) and Horowhenua-Kapiti (9).
In last weekend's final qualifying round, Manawatu beat Wairarapa outright, Horowhenua-Kapiti beat Wanganui on the first innings and Hawke's Bay took first innings points against Taranaki.
