Joy Baker broke her own women's 60 record at the Athletics Taranaki 10,000m championships in Inglewood on Tuesday night.
Baker's time of 54min 59.86sec was almost 1min faster than her old mark.
Three 800m records were set, the first going to Karen Gillum-Green in the w55 grade, slashing 11sec off in 2min 46.79sec. Emily Roughan lowered the w19 record by 1sec to 2min 13.92sec, and Murray Laird took 4sec off in the m60 race with a time of 2min 29.05sec.
In the javelin, Trevor Gillum recorded 14.12m to extend his own m75 record by 39cm. Sue Park set a record in the w70 with a throw of 6.83m.
The winner of Grenville Simpson Memorial Trophy for the club's 800m championships is determined by the best per age percentage performance.
Rhys Bishop retained the trophy with a performance factor of 88.6 per cent in a time of 1min 58.78sec.
