Telstra says CEO Trujillo leaving

Telstra, Australia's largest phone company, says its chief executive, Sol Trujillo, will leave the company on June 30.
Telstra posted a profit of A$1.92 billion in the six months to Dec. 31, slightly down from A$1.94 billion in the previous corresponding period.
Telstra has been overhauling its structure in a bid to increase margins, cut costs and diversify away from the declining market for fixed phone lines.
