Households will be able to drop off old computers and mobile phones for free recycling at Westpac Trust Stadium car park on September 29.
The event, organised by Wellington's 2020 Trust and recycler Remarkit, is being supported by the city council and several industry sponsors. It follows a similar recycling day sponsored by Dell last September when 54 tonnes of computer equipment was dropped off for recycling from 1250 cars.
