Someone combined the best parts of the Kindle and iPad
A new device claims to have a "canvas" display that looks and feels like real paper.
The reMarkable tablet eatures paper-like reading, writing and sketching but with digital powers.
The device was created by Magnus Wanberg, who describes himself as a "true paper person".
He, along with the rest of the reMarkable team, started work in 2013 on a tablet that would create a digital paper experience.
It will cost US$716 when it goes on sale but is available now for pre-order for US$429.
