The final chapter in World of Warcraft expansion The Wrath of the Lich King has gone live.

With it comes Frostwing Halls, the final wing of Icecrown Citadel, and a battle with Sindragosa before players join Tirion Fordring as he ascends the Frozen Throne for the final encounter with the Lich King himself.

As you might expect, the patch also comes with its usual list of tweaks and balances, which can be found on the game's official website.

Blizzard has also announced the World of Warcraft App on Facebook with which you can stream your in-game achievements, registered on the World of Warcraft Armory, with your Facebook friends.

Once you've set up the app on your Facebook account, you can choose five of your characters and it will generate automatic updates, sharing your level gains, achievements, boss kills and so on.

For more information on the Facebook app, how it works and some privacy tips, visit the official FAQ. You can also manually download the 3.3.2 patch at GP Downloads.
