The World Buskers Festival drew huge crowds today at Hagley Park where performances ranged from clown acts to acrobats. The festival this year celebrates its 21st birthday. While the weather was hot and windy in Christchurch today, the crowds were not deterred. The day shows are often more appropriate for children and many Cantabrians and tourists took the opportunity to catch some of the best performers around for little more than a donation in the hat at the end. Festival favourites Mario:Queen of the Circus and husband and wife duo Daredevil Chicken Club are back again and proving just as popular. Check out the festival at World Buskers Festival. There's only one week left.
