Cyclist hospitalised after 'wobble'

Three people were injured after a cycle crash in North Canterbury today.

A police spokesman said the cyclists had been on Mouse Point Rd, north of Culverden, about 2pm when the crash happened.

A St John spokesman said one cyclist lost balance and fell into the other two as a car passed.

One female was flown to hospital by the Westpac rescue helicopter with leg injuries.

The other cyclists only had minor injuries, including scrapes and bruises.
