Rihanna has starred in a raunchy new music video for rapper Kanye West.
The pop star appears in almost every scene for West's single Paranoid, wearing little more than a skimpy black dress as she shows off her tanned and toned figure.
It is her first appearance in a video since her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown was accused of assaulting her in February.
A hearing is scheduled for this week at which Brown will face a criminal charge that he beat Rihanna, leaving her bruised and bloodied.
Sources say Rihanna hasn't been dating, despite reports she had been seen with a string of men.
The Umbrella singer has been linked with West, and Aubrey Graham, since splitting from Brown, but is reportedly happy to concentrate on her career for the moment.
A source said: "Rihanna needs the focus to be on her talents right now, not the bumps in her personal life. She doesn't want anything else to overshadow her career.
"Kanye is all over Rihanna's album - not all over Rihanna. She's feeling Aubrey but wants to take things slow. Right now they're just chilling."
Rihanna is currently taking acting lessons ahead of her first film role while working on new music in New York.
The source added: "Rihanna will start filming Personal Protection later this year. She's not ready, acting wise, yet, so she's meeting with a coach."
Additional casting for the film will reportedly be announced after Rihanna, 21, has grasped the basics of acting.
