Jesse James breaks silence

The celebrity husband of actress Sandra Bullock broke his silence on reports that he cheated on his Oscar-winning wife, telling People magazine he used "poor judgment" and asking his family to "forgive me."
Jesse James, a custom motorcycle manufacturer and reality TV star who married Bullock five years ago, said he took responsibility for his actions but stopped short of admitting that he had an affair with another woman.
Bullock, 45, who won her first Oscar last week, on Wednesday pulled out of the London premiere of her hit movie The Blind Side after US celebrity magazine In Touch Weekly published claims by a model that she slept with James last year.
"It's because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way," James said in a statement to People.
"This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them. I am truly very sorry for the grief I have caused them. I hope one day they can find it in their hearts to forgive me."
Sandra Bullock has reportedly moved out of her family home amid claims her husband had an 11-month affair.
It has been alleged Jesse James had a relationship with tattoo model Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee while Bullock was away filming The Blind Side – the movie she recently won the best actress Oscar for.
McGee told In Touch Weekly magazine that for five weeks while Bullock was working in Atlanta she had regular sex sessions with James, who she thought was separated from the actress.
Although the allegations about James broke on Thursday (NZT), it has been reported Bullock moved out of the California home she shares with him on Tuesday. No further information about Bullock’s whereabouts have been reported.
Bullock has not commented on the claims.
James deleted his Twitter account even though he has been a prolific user of the social networking site.
The pair met in 2004 after she arranged for her godson to look around the set of Monster Garage, a TV show James hosted. They married a year later, with Bullock becoming step-mother to Jesse’s three children.
The UK premiere of The Blind Side had been due to take place next Tuesday, but Bullock pulled out yesterday citing unforeseen personal reasons. Her decision means the movie now won’t have a British premiere.
McGee insists she had a meaningful relationship with James. The pair became so close she gave him the nickname Vanilla Gorilla because he was "so well-endowed".
"He gave me the impression they were separated," she said. "I would never have hooked up with him if I thought he was a married man."
McGee claims she initially got in touch with James as she hoped to model for his West Coast Choppers motorcycle company. She contacted him via the internet, and he replied asking her to email his personal account.
The model alleges James then asked her to "hang out", so she travelled to his West Coast Coppers garage. James gave her a tour of it, then took her to his office.
"We ended up on the couch,” she said. "He wanted to watch movies, but I asked him, 'What’s going on with you and Sandra?' He said, 'She doesn’t live here. She has a house in Austin. She is filming, and I can’t talk about it.'"
McGee claims they had sex "two or three times" on that occasion, and at least twice a week over the next five weeks. They also swapped text messages, with the model believing the relationship was going to be serious.
