Eric Bibb at Dux de Lux in March. First time in NZ for this blues maestro. Superb!!
Aaron Tokona at the wunderbar on new years eve went off. hes a born entertainer that guy.
What about the datsuns at als bar a very fine show
That Lawrence Arabia gig was pretty sweet the nicest vibe and the four and five part harmonies were incredible. Mountaineater was my surprise find of the year, I went to the Dux for a beer and was blown away by the all encompassing sonic delights from these guys. Good list.
Dimmer at Al's Bar 17 October. Mr Carter was in his usual fine form with his guitar manipulation but the highlight was Gary Sullivan on drums was awesome with his groove and energy.
