TV medium to visit Chch
Television medium Deb Webber will head to Christchurch next month to uncover what has happened on a "spiritual level" since the deadly February 2011 earthquake.
Webber believed New Zealanders were asking more spiritual questions and said she wanted to explore the spiritual aftermath of the Pike River coalmine and Christchurch quake tragedies when she visits, Woman's Day reported.
"I feel like there's a new wave, a frequency change of more people who are opening up to the spiritual world. New Zealanders are wanting to know 'Who are we? What are we doing here?' '' she told the magazine.
"There's been so much pain but no-one has gone in there and asked what's happening on a spiritual level."
Webber is planning a free group meditation session at the Papanui Workingmen's Club on September 30, which she hopes will help to "settle the earth".
The news follows a plan by tenants of a Christchurch home, where three members of a family died, to call in paranormal investigators.
The family of six moved into the house in January and say coffee tables have moved, wardrobe doors slam by themselves and the children have seen "apparitions".
In May 2010, a mother and her two teenage daughters were found dead in the two-storey Avonhead house. Four days later, the father was found dead in his car nearby.
