With the winter chills here to stay, we asked Foam Bar to mix us something to heat us from the inside out.

INGREDIENTS

5ml strawberry liqueur 
10ml vodka
20ml chartreuse 
30ml absinthe
 
METHOD

Pour strawberry liqueur into the bottom of a martini glass, then stir in vodka until pink. Gently add chartreuse, forming a distinct layer, and top with absinthe.

TO SERVE

Set alight for extra flair.
