Ever wondered how to make your own hash browns? Michael Falls makes it easy.
INGREDIENTS (serves 4)
500g potato (agria if possible), washed and grated
50g butter
100g onion, sliced
3 Tbsp gluten-free flour
seasoning to taste
METHOD
Sweat onion in butter and add to grated potato. Add seasoning and flour. Mix well. Pack into a well-oiled 20cm square or round tray and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes or until cooked. Let cool before cutting into four pieces.
