Each month Avenues presents a delicious cocktail to try while you’re about town or to savour at home.
INGREDIENTS
30ml 42Below Kiwi (kiwifruit-flavoured vodka)
15ml Kwai Feh (lychee liqueur)
5ml Midori (melon-flavoured liqueur)
30ml cranberry juice
1 Tbsp passionfruit pulp
¼ cup watermelon, cubed
ice
slice of watermelon
slice of kiwifruit
METHOD
Muddle together the watermelon cubes and passionfruit pulp. Add the cranberry juice, vodka, Kwai Feh and ice. Shake the mixture and double strain. Sink the Midori down the side of the glass.
TO SERVE
Garnish with watermelon and half a slice of kiwifruit. Sip slowly and enjoy.
