Kiwi men have been voted the eighth best lovers in world.
Topping a poll of 15,000 women found that Spaniards are the best.
Germans are considered ''too smelly'' so topped the worst lovers' list.
English lovers came second in the worst lovers' list because they are so lazy, while men from Sweden were branded ''too quick to finish'' and came third.
Spanish men topped the table as the best lovers, followed by Brazilians and Italians.
The poll, carried out by global research site www.OnePoll.com, asked women from 20 countries to rate nations on their ability in bed and give reasons for their answers.
Germans were deemed to have bad body odour, Englishmen were accused of letting women do all the work, whilst Swedes were a bit too quick to finish.
Men from Holland were ''too rough'' between the bed covers and Americans were accused of being ''too dominating'' in the bedroom.
Greek men were said to be a bit too soppy.
Other countries who didn't fare well in the poll were Scotland (too loud), Turkey (too sweaty) and Wales (too selfish).
Russian men crept in at tenth place amid accusations they are too hairy for the average woman.
A spokesperson for www.OnePoll.com added: ''These results are an eye-opener for thousands of men around the world and female travellers might judge potential new lovers by looking at these results.''

I agree in some ways because my Kiwi boyfriend is really the best!
I agree that kiwis are good lovers i can tell because i had a boyfriend who is a kiwi...but i beg to disagree that Germans are the worst lovers they are indeed sweet and lovely people not to mention their sexy body. I love my german bf and he smells really good

my fiance is a kiwi and he is amazing in every way :) there are good and bad in every country so this poll has no relevance
Emma: Must be all you can attract huh? Doesn't say much for you either. Other women have had no trouble finding good ones.
Not one Asian or African country mentioned, so this poll only applies to about 30% of the world's population. In other words, it's totally meaningless.
So Russian men are too hairy but not the Spaniards/Italians/Brazilians ?

Hmmmm. Interesting title..... quite apart from the obvious flaw in the reseach (last I time looked there were more than 19 countries to compare us to, how was the comparison made etc.) it would appear that this is taking a very "positive" spin on the results. Nothing wrong with glass half full - but "average lovers" would be more accurate...
Of course I'm excellent - if only the rest of you guys could lift your game we might do better in the next round.....

My kiwi guy was a 2-minute wonder with (as I found out later) a teen porn habit. He came from the Manawatu and had to be taught the rudimentary basics of sex despite having a a wealth of experience with Kiwi ex-girlfriends. I would like to know where women are finding these Kiwi blokes who are such great lovers.
