Disruptions after two-car SH1 crash

Emergency services are attending an injury crash on Christchurch's Northern Motorway this afternoon.
The crash involved two vehicles and happened on the Waimakariri bridge on State Highway 1 just out of Christchurch, police said.
Traffic has been restricted to one lane and people have been asked to avoid the area due to traffic congestion.
It was not known how many were injured.
