Two taken to hospital after crashes
A teenage girl was taken to hospital with moderate injuries, including injuries to her face, after crashing into a traffic light this morning.
The accident happened about 6.45am at the intersection of Carlton Mill Rd and Bealey Ave.
The damaged traffic light had slowed traffic in the area.
In another crash, a man in his 40s was taken to hospital with serious injuries after being knocked off his bike in Sydenham.
A police spokesman said a passerby reported seeing the accident about 8.50am at the intersection of Waltham Rd and Moorhouse Ave.
