A Christchurch woman has been found after she went missing from her home last night.
Margaret Mae Newman, 65, was found at a central property about 7am today. She was taken to Christchurch Hospital where she is reported to be well, police said.
Police thanked members of the public for their assistance in locating her.
Newman was reported missing by friends after walking out of her Birdwood Ave, Waltham address yesterday about 7pm. She was believed to be in a confused state and was on medication.
