A missing toddler who was abducted by a female relative in Dunedin has been found.
Detective Inspector Kevin Hooper of Dunedin Police said about 12.30pm yesterday, Bailey Johnson, 2, was taken without permission by her maternal grandmother, Yvonne Skeet, 47, from the Otago Farmers Market in Dunedin.
Police were looking for the pair last night.
Hooper said as a result of help from the public they found Bailey "safe and well" at a residential address in South Dunedin this morning.
Skeet was also found at the address, which was not her home.
"She is co-operating with the police and a decision in relation to charges will be made later on today," Hooper said.
