Traffic will be restricted along Moorhouse Ave at the Manchester St intersection for the next two weeks.
A Stronger Christchurch Infrastructure Rebuild Team (SCIRT) spokeswoman said the intersection was being restricted for safety reasons.
Traffic wanting to get into Manchester St can take the left-hand bypass lane, going east, alongside the Moorhouse Ave overbridge.
Access to Pilgrim Place opposite Manchester St will also be restricted with no through traffic across the intersection with Manchester St.
