Dozens of runners and walkers turned out today to get paint-bombed for charity.

The Run for Colour event held in Hagley Park raised money for the Christchurch Survivors Trust and
the Canterbury Children's Earthquake Trust.

Contestants lined up at the start line wearing white and had paint powder thrown at them along the way.

There were two events, a 4km run/walk and an 8km run/walk
