It has been three years since since a massive earthquake hit Christchurch on February 22, 2011.

For tens of thousands of us the damage was to our homes, our workplaces and our favourite haunts including restaurants, shops and bars, outdoor tracks and waterways. Many have changed beyond recognition.

We are looking for before and after pictures which show how much has changed - or not.

Can you dig out your photos from February 2011 of your property, neighbourhood or a Christchurch site at its worst, and then take a photo to show how that place looks now?

Has it been repaired? Or demolished? Perhaps it remains untouched, waiting for an insurance decision or a builder to arrive.

Explain your before and after pictures. What has happened in the last three years? Is life back to normal, or stuck in a timewarp? Tell us in 200 or more words.

Make sure you tell us when and where the photos were taken.

Share your story and pictures by clicking the green 'contribute' button.
