A teenager has been hospitalised with serious injuries after a crash on the West Coast this morning.

The crash happened on State Highway 67 near Granity about 4.30am today.

Police said a teenage male rolled his station wagon and landed in a ditch. The driver was thrown from the vehicle and sustained serious injuries. He was flown to Grey Base Hospital.

Police said a serious crash investigation was underway.
