Canterbury remained unbeaten after three matches in the national Twenty20 women's championship after scoring a rain-revised win against Wellington in the capital last night.
The Magicians posted 34 without loss from six overs before rain returned again enabling them to be two runs ahead on Duckworth/Lewis calculations.
That was in reply to Wellington's 94 for four from 15 overs after the match had been reduced from 20 overs a side.
In other matches Otago easily overtook Central's 101 for four just one wicket down at Napier while Northern could only muster a miserable 68 and were well beaten by Auckland.
