Hunt for dairy robber continues

CAUGHT IN THE ACT: A security camera image shows an armed man entering a Washdyke dairy. He made off with a small amount of cash and cigarettes.

Police are still looking for those involved in the aggravated robbery of Washdyke's Night'n'Day dairy on Sunday night.

Anyone with information, or who has seen a 1993 Ford Falcon, either pink or gold champagne in colour, should contact Detective Sergeant Dylan Murray (03) 971 5198 or Crimestoppers 0800 555 111.

The offender was described as a European with a deep voice.

He wore a dirty white bandanna with black spots over his face and head, had light-coloured oversized baggy pants, a short-sleeved black T-shirt, a light-coloured long-sleeved hoodie and black boots.
