We use The Timaru Herald, the South Canterbury Herald, the Waitaki Herald and the Central South Island Farmer to cover news, issues and events in South Canterbury and North Otago. Our main office is at 19 Sophia St in Timaru and our Waitaki Herald branch office is at 187 Thames St in Oamaru.

HOW DO I REPORT A TIMARU HERALD MISSED DELIVERY?
Phone 697 1393. If you live in Timaru, Temuka or Geraldine, call between 7.15am and 9am to arrange delivery of another copy on the day. If you live in Waimate, call between 7.15am and 8.30am to rearrange another delivery.

WHAT IS THE PIC OF THE DAY?
Every day we run a photo in the newspaper, usually supplied by a member of the public, as our Pic of the Day. Send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org for consideration. Size is important. To run in print file should be 1MB or bigger. Photos will be cropped to fit a horizontal shape.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A LETTER?
The Timaru Herald welcomes letters to the editor from all readers. Letters can be posted or emailed in (put "Letter to the editor" in the subject line to help us identify it).
Please take time to read the rules before submitting correspondence for consideration.
Letters are welcome, but writers must provide their name, address and telephone number as a sign of good faith - pseudonyms are not acceptable.*
So that as many letters as possible can be published, each letter should be no more than 250 words. We reserve the right to edit letters for length, sense, legal reasons and on grounds of good taste.
