The five men facing charges brought by the Serious Fraud Office over South Canterbury Finance were today remanded until November 5 for a post committal conference.
The matter had been scheduled to be held in Christchurch Chambers tomorrow for the defendants Graeme Brown, Terry Hutton, Lachie McLeod, Edward Sullivan and Robert White.
This is the second delay after more time was requested for the formal written statements to be filed before the original post-committal hearing which was set down for May 28.
