The Streets of Timaru has been a hit - to the extent the book about the city's streets has almost sold out.
Speaking at this morning's Timaru District Council's Community Development museum director Philip Howe said the museum only had 70 or 80 copies of the book left, and retailers might have slightly more.
The book, a joint project between the museum and the South Canterbury Historical Society had been launched in time for the Christmas market last year. While virtually all the 1500 print run had sold, Mr Howe did not envisage the book being reprinted at this stage.
