At least eight people will face charges relating to drug dealing after Timaru police executed a search-warrant on a ‘‘tinnie house’’ yesterday.
Sergeant Tristan Murray said the police executed the warrant about 4pm on a house to the west of Timaru.
A number of cannabis plants and material were seized, along with cash and drug dealing items.
‘‘It was on a scale that hasn’t been seen for some time,’’ Sgt Murray said.
Police are expected to provide more details today.
