Craighead principal choice imminent
A new Craighead Diocesan School principal should be appointed by the end of the month.
Board of trustees chairman Fraser McKenzie confirmed yesterday interviews would be carried out this month and an appointment would be made shortly after.
"The process is still rolling out," Mr McKenzie said. "We're still aiming to have someone in place by the beginning of term 2."
He declined to comment on how many applications were received and where they were, saying just that the board was "happy with the way things are going".
Previous principal Francesca Black tendered her resignation in September and left shortly after.
In the interim, the role is being filled by deputy principal Wayne Pahl.
