12 sections snapped upRHONDA MARKBY
Given another month, work on a 12-section residential subdivision in Gleniti should be complete.
The 3.8ha Dobson St site is owned by the Timaru District Council and is being developed into 12 residential sections as well as a neighbourhood park.
All 12 sections sold within a couple of months of going on the market, according to council property manager Matt Ambler.
The sections range in size from 700 to 800 square metres, and collectively sold for around $1.5m.
Developing the site is expected to cost the council around $700,000.
